Meet Our Oral Surgeons

Dr. Seaman received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lawrence University with honors. While attending New York University College of Dentistry, he was elected student council president and served on many committees. During his six-year medical school and oral and maxillofacial residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry, he worked with world-class physicians and surgeons. After graduation, Dr. Seaman obtained board certification from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He served as a part-time assistant professor at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, consistently ranked as one of the busiest trauma centers in the US. Dr. Seaman is an accomplished implant dentist who has placed over 1,500 arches, with restoration in about 200. Outside the office, Dr. Seaman feels privileged to provide pro-bono oral surgical care to underserved individuals through a local faith-based clinic.

Dr. Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts in Mammalian Physiology at Southern Illinois University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in 1973 and his dental degree in 1975, both at the University of Illinois. He completed specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 1982 and a Master of Science in 1984 at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry. After graduating from the training program in 1982, he joined the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery faculty at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry. By 1993, he had achieved the academic rank of Academic Professor and served as the Director of Residency Training for five years. The same year, Dr. Taylor left UT to enter private practice while maintaining the rank of Clinical Professor to continue his involvement in resident education.

Robert Tyler Morris, D.D.S. is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who believes in treating every patient with the same level of excellence that he would expect as a patient. Dr. “Ty” Morris was born in Gillette, Wyoming and attended high school in Midland, Texas. He graduated with honors from Texas A&M University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Dr. Morris received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas where he also served as a faculty appointed class representative on the ethics council and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
